Congo' latest Ebola outbreak now has 14 confirmed cases as health officials rush to contain the often deadly virus in a city of more than a million people.

The World Health Organisation is holding an experts' meeting to determine whether the epidemic warrants being declared a global health emergency.

The WHO says the risk to the public in the Democratic Republic of the Congo is "very high" and the regional risk "high", particularly in neighbouring Republic of the Congo and Central African Republic.

We can have a border wall 100 feet high but if every major city and big state has a welcome sign of illegal alien sanctuary -- the wall won't work. Our nation needs a seamless web of enforcement including federal, state and local governments.
