KUALA LUMPUR, May 18 (Bernama) -- The Kuala Lumpur Foundation to Criminalise War (KLFCW) has called on the international community to condemn Israel's naval forces which attacked a humanitarian vessel to Gaza.
Its secretary-general, Dr Yaacob Hussain Merican, said the organisation also urged the people to take appropriate measures to bring the attackers and the Israeli regime to justice.
In a statement here Wednesday, he said KLFCW condemned and denounced the naval forces over the attack on the unarmed humanitarian vessel, 'The Spirit of Rachel Corrie' (also known as the MV Finch) on May 16.
At the time, the vessel was sending aid to the people in Gaza, he said, adding that it was in international waters when the naval forces fired shots in its direction.
